You may qualify if any of these apply:
• You have not owned a home in the past three years.
• You currently own a home but have not lived in the home for three or more years.
• You currently or previously owned a home and are interested in living in certain areas of Central Falls, Newport, Pawtucket, Providence and Woonsocket.
