Grants Compliance Manager

Join our Resident Services Division as a Grants Compliance Manager responsible for the management, leadership and coordination of multiple federal, state and agency programs designed to assist individuals and families in securing and retain affordable homes. Incumbent will oversee all programs administration including financial operations, risk assessment and compliance monitoring to ensure that program staff accomplishes their approved program initiatives. Oversee the program administration and financial oversight of 811 PRA program, RoadHome, Rental Assistance Program, Shelter Plus Care, and HOPWA program staff on a daily basis to ensure cost-effective and relevant services.
Minimum five years’ experience in grants management, staff supervision, compliance monitoring and risk assessment; Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or other appropriate discipline, Masters degree preferred. four to five years of relevant financial and grants management experience, or a combination of education and experience housing and supervisory experience preferred; strong organizational, computer and conflict resolution skills; excellent verbal and written communications skills; valid driver's license.
